Should’ve, Could’ve, Would’ve... STOP

When you say should’ve, could’ve, would’ve, it is totally pointless. You cannot go back and change the past, so don’t go there. Take the learning to prevent future problems then let it go.

Every time I turn on the news lately, I hear the Press pack baying you should’ve, could’ve, would’ve done something different. How does this help anyone? It certainly does not help our overworked leaders.

More importantly how do should’ve, could’ve, would’ve affect you and especially your sleep? Are you one of the many people whose unconscious mind waits until you turn the light out at night, then says “Hi I can tell you are trying to sleep now, here is a list of the things you should’ve, could’ve, would’ve done. You can think about these all night.”
Just let it go.

The thing is that your unconscious mind will always win when your conscious mind challenges it. Your unconscious mind controls your whole body and your health.

When a memory is associated with high stress, overwhelm or trauma, it is not properly filed and stored. Instead, it is held as feelings in your body and often not verbalised. You cannot deal with this logically or consciously.

The way to reach these deep memories and feelings is hypnotherapy and I specialise in this. The results of doing this type of very deep hypnotherapy where people are able to make remarkable changes quickly and safely.
