Why is it so hard for some people to Quit Smoking? May be you are using smoking as a prop to support you through emotional pain, which may be buried deep inside you. When you lose your crutch, the pain surfaces and you find yourself coping with anger and blaming others what ever is happening.
Blaming others it is an attempt to discharge emotional pain that you are feeling. It is time to stop and question who you are blaming and why.
You may very well be correct that the person you are blaming was the cause of your stress or trauma but if you want to get rid of your resulting emotional pain, you need to work it though properly so that you get the benefit of healing.
Your emotions are yours and no one can cause them. The person can be responsible for causing a situation or even a trauma but how you feel is up to you. And yes… some emotional pain may be too much to discharge without help.
Emotional pain is stored in your body and your cells hold that anger, fear, pain, frustration and bewilderment there as buried stress or unexplained anger deep inside … sometimes for years.
It doesn’t go away until you release it. Blame does not release it.
When you bury negative emotions like anger or fear they can turn on your own body, causing harm to your immune system with many harmful consequences including serious illness like autoimmune disease and cancer.
Until you release that negative emotion and the cause you won’t return to a calm and happy life.
Plus when something has left you angry and blaming your logical brain is partially switched off so you no longer think clearly and it is all about the negative emotion – you are not healing or leaving it behind.
Many people who come to quit smoking are actually holding onto buried stress or unexplained anger deep inside. When they release that buried pain, their body no longer needs that crutch any more.
I use a simple 3-step process that steps you through to the other side of stress, anxiety, depression and “stuff that happens” and it has extraordinary results… just like that… 3 -4 sessions plus a follow up later… just confirming there are no other problems.
The negative emotions released… just like that… 3-4 sessions. Call me to ask more questions.
Simple quit smoking works for most people in a single session. I will bundle the quit treatment with the 3 step process, at least an extra session at a bundled price that saves $400.
Smoking and buried pain all gone… so worth every cent when you get your life back to calm, safe happiness.
