Sometimes people ask what hypnosis is … so… Hypnosis is simply the combination of relaxation and focussed intention. It feels like that lovely state when you are half asleep and half awake first thing in the morning.
In hypnotherapy I use this so that I can speak directly to your unconscious mind where your habits are lodged. This allows you to change those habits and habitual thoughts.
90% of what you do in your life is managed by your unconscious mind which was programmed by your parents, teachers, siblings, friends, favourite TV programs and more. Much of that programming is not helpful and those habits and habitual thoughts that are harmful can be changed using hypnosis.
