This is a special place and the magic is in this space between your thoughts. This is where intelligence lies and the ability to control what you think and to change habits.
When people have cravings, it is just thoughts from your unconscious mind throwing a tantrum and demanding something that you have consciously decided to stop doing. Treat your unconscious mind like a small child, let it know when you want to change something and gently persist.
