Some things are a challenge

I think we all sometimes find that some things are a challenge, I certainly do. Clients often send me emails after they have been to see me… sometimes years later telling me how their lives have changed because I helped them overcome some of their challenges.

I really appreciate hearing from you and how you are going however because of privacy issues I don’t share your story. Because of this I have decided to set up a closed Facebook Group.

I would love to hear from clients, past clients and also get questions from people who are interested in managing their mind more effectively and/or overcoming blocks and problems and just generally keep in touch. You can share stories that I can’t and if you have benefited from my help you may feel able to tell others about it so they can also.

I have found setting this up a challenge. The settings are not the same as a Facebook page so there has been more to learn. The header needs a lot more tweaking yet but I am getting the hang of it slowly.

Some things are a challenge and although this can be frustrating, it is also very good for us. Our unconscious minds do not like change. Its job is to keep us safe and what it knows is safe… after all we are still alive so it must be safe. Change might be dangerous even though logically we know it will be an improvement.

That is something to think about. What do you want to change but don’t get around to, or you procrastinate about it because “it might be a better time tomorrow”. Resistance is about your unconscious mind wanting to keep you safe.
