Yes you CAN choose to change your life… the way that you want to. Just because you can… you do have that power.
You can choose to change habits, to stop being angry, to recover from anxiety and stress, to get over procrastination, to follow up new opportunities. Or what ever it is that you choose.
You can choose to stay they way you are, or even to dwell on things that upset you and get even more upset. That is also your choice.
Sometimes these changes can be difficult on your own but you can choose to ask for help and this is what I do.
My skill is to help you to clear out faulty habits, dud programs in your head and memories that hold you back so that you can live your live the way that you really want to.

Anger that goes on over time is interesting. It is about things from the past that are still unresolved.
The problem is that when you can’t deal with the person or situation that triggered that pain, your body often attacks itself, sometimes making you ill, sometimes adding layers of protective fat or even keeping you housebound.
