You have 3 choices,
- Leave the situation,
- change the situation,
- or accept it.
All else is madness. It leads you to stress and anxiety.
I help people to stop being victims by changing the way that they feel so that the situation changes and so do the other people in it because the relationships change and so does the power within the relationships.
They build an emotional shield around themselves so that other people’s dramas don’t matter.
And they have the strength to get rid of toxic people.
People are able to dramatically change, so long as they want to and don’t have a secondary benefit from being a victim.
