Sometimes I just feel stuck. I’m trying to find the energy and focus to do a job that needs to be done.
What prompted this was the feeling stuck about writing this newsletter. At times finding both the energy and the focus to write is hard.
This happens to us all and has happened to me for many years. It’s a mixture of tiredness because I have been very busy writing lately plus a smidgen of residual anxiety thrown in.

The world as we know it has suddenly changed. Just as it is returning to more freedom and some sense of normality, there is another problem in Victoria. Of course, we feel uncertain about what comes next.
I will confess that I prefer working online with clients and am seeing face to face clients in my garden room which is a lovely sunny veranda screened in with a big café blind and lots of palms and other plants.
I’m not quite comfortable with people coming into my usual clinic inside my house until the virus problems is solved. – not anxious, just not comfortable. I have a Covid Plan and lots of sanitiser. I’ll be glad when this all settles down as I am sure you will also.
We are SO much better off than almost any other place in the world.
